Two standard packages, priced here. Anything bigger or more involved is a custom build — scoped first, quoted after, and priced above these.
Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days' notice whenever you want to stop. Three months is how long it takes to know whether a system is earning its keep, and the guarantee runs through all of it — if it's still not doing what we agreed, you can leave. Beyond your allowance it's 40p a minute and 5p an action — capped, so you never get a surprise bill.
The two packages below are the standard builds. One system or all three, a set amount of work, a fixed price, with the minutes and actions printed on the card. If that's what your business needs, the price here is exactly what you pay.
Bigger or more involved than that, and it's a custom build. Several sites or teams, your own way of working, higher volumes, systems that need connecting properly. Those get designed before they're built and quoted after a conversation — and they cost more than the packages, because they are more work.

Before we build anything we agree in writing exactly what your system will do. If it isn't doing that within 30 days of going live, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it is.
